Great place to grab a bite when you're in town. A local hole in the wall with great atmosphere, staff, and food. We had breakfast and it was great. I had the traditional breakfast with over easy eggs, sausage and hashbrowns. The hashbrowns were fantastic. Also, the coffee was really good too. Give them a try when you're in town.

Mandatory stop if you're in the Cocoa Beach area. This place looks like a hole in the wall old school beach cafe but do not let that fool you. This may be one of the best restaurants I've eaten at in Florida. The Brunswick stew is to to die for and the food is just as good. Very impressed with everything about this little place.

This little gem was pretty close to our VRBO rental and we very much enjoyed breakfast here. It's a quaint country cafe in a residential area with homecooked style food and very patriotic and right leaning ambiance, which we really appreciated. Service was super friendly and timely without ever feeling it was disingenuous or rushed. It appeared to be a favorite of locals and is far enough removed from the bustle of touristy downtown that made it even better.

My father and I decided to try Joanne's because he was looking for a good prime rib for his 80th birthday.The staff made us feel at home immediately, and you could tell it was a down-home type of place. I'd like to especially mention that I believe nearly every member of the staff came out to wish my father a happy birthday, including some of the cooking staff. This display of exceptional is deserving of mention.We shared a basket of fried okra to start, which was excellent and fried perfectly.My father of course had the prime rib, which was a thick cut of meat for the price point. He got fried onions as his side.I had a brisket sandwich, which was very flavorful. I used the spicy BBQ sauce that was on offer, which added just the right amount of zing. The prize I had as a side were seasoned well.Without prompting, the owner of the establishment brought out a warm brownie, and sing Happy Birthday for my father.Needless to say, I am highly recommending this establishment. We will be back.

Solid BBQ and one of the best breakfast joints @ the Cape! The BBQ omelet is amazing (Derek in the kitchen knows what he is doing), and the Turkey Bacon Club is delicious! Very reasonably priced. Joanne is an awesome host, and Lisa is the BEST (ignore the negative Nancys; ornery is how I like my wait staff). A local fav!

Best breakfast I’ve had in a while. The breakfast is excellent—my whole table finished everything on their plate, I recommend getting a biscuit. The prices are good, and the service is great. This is the place to come for breakfast.
